1A Minors in the facility must have uninterrupted supervision by an adult at all times, no exceptions.

1B Pregnant player must have a written  authorization from their OBGYN specialist.

1C Grievances Agreement if a player, attendant or participant in any activities in the facility of SHREVEPORT INDOOR SOCCER, has a grievance she or he is encouraged to file a complaint, detailing the incident ( date, time, event,etc.). This will be addressed by the board no later than the 2nd Saturday following the incident. The presence of the individual filing the complaint is required.
